Mentoring Collective Program

Sinclair College is excited to collaborate with the Mentor Collective program, to connect mentees and mentors together with similar backgrounds, interests, and career paths.

What is the Mentoring Collective Program?

The Mentor Collective program is designed to enhance your experience and help you succeed as a student by linking you one-on-one with alumni or peer mentors.  Your mentor will listen, inspire, help navigate challenges, and to recognize opportunities.  Through your mentor, you will learn what to expect in school, how to approach challenges, and gain career advice.

What do Mentors and Mentees Discuss?

  • How will my major impact my professional options?
  • How do I balance the demands of school, responsibilities, and socializing?
  • How can I set myself up for academic, social, and career success?

How It Works

You will be matched with a peer mentor or an alumni based on common interests, background, and academic and professional aspirations.  To get started, click the link below to take an online survey so you can be matched with a mentor.
