Board of Trustees

Sinclair Community College is an Ohio public institution of higher education, and is part of the University System of Ohio, which is coordinated by the Ohio Department of Higher Education.

The Sinclair Board of Trustees are appointed to five-year terms and have the governance authority over the entire operations of the college. President Dr. Steven Johnson reports to the Board of Trustees, who have delegated day-to-day operational authority to the college president.

Trustees bring to the college a wide range of leadership and governance experience from the business, industrial, civic, and educational communities of the greater Dayton region.
