The Dayton Area Recruiting Alliance is a regional network that connects talent and workforce professionals through meetings, shared resources, and workforce-focused collaboration.
Administrative sponsorship: DARA is administered by Sinclair Community College’s Administration Division as part of Sinclair’s workforce, employer, and community engagement efforts.
About DARA
The Dayton Area Recruiting Alliance provides an informal forum for professionals involved in talent, people strategy, and workforce development to exchange ideas, discuss industry trends, share resources, and build connections across the region. DARA also provides professional development by giving attendees the opportunity to learn from speakers, peers, and shared regional workforce insights.
DARA meetings may include guest speakers, discussion topics, employer updates, and shared resources relevant to talent attraction, hiring, retention, and workforce development.

During the session, Jennifer will demonstrate an AI recruiting agent in CoPilot that helps Talent Partners create talent launch summaries and recruiter screening questions from launch-call transcripts while maintaining consistent document formatting and workflow standards.

Parking: Free parking is available in Visitor Lot B off of West Fourth Street. Covered parking is also available in Lot C, under the Conference Center building. Parking passes will be available upon request.
