What to Expect in a Sinclair Construction Bid

  • Electronic bidding: When a project is listed on Bid Express, bids are submitted through that platform.
  • Pre-bid meetings: When required, the date, time, location, or virtual instructions are provided in the solicitation.
  • Bid opening: Bid openings and posting of results follow the process stated in the solicitation and Bid Express posting.
  • Questions: Use the method listed in the solicitation so responses are shared fairly with all bidders.

Always rely on the solicitation documents for definitive instructions.

  • Submit bids only by the method stated in the solicitation.
  • Review required forms, certifications, and insurance/bonding expectations early.
