Information for Contractors and Bidders: Publicly bid construction opportunities are advertised and managed through Sinclair’s designated bidding platforms and applicable state guidelines.
Construction Bids and Solicitations
Current construction solicitations are published through Bid Express. Contractors typically must register on the platform to view documents and submit bids.
Requests for Qualifications
RFQs, including design professional qualification pools, may also be posted through the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission opportunity listings.
What to Expect in a Sinclair Construction Bid
- Electronic bidding: When a project is listed on Bid Express, bids are submitted through that platform.
- Pre-bid meetings: When required, the date, time, location, or virtual instructions are provided in the solicitation.
- Bid opening: Bid openings and posting of results follow the process stated in the solicitation and Bid Express posting.
- Questions: Use the method listed in the solicitation so responses are shared fairly with all bidders.
