Submission of your request is not a guarantee that these services can be provided by the department. Project requests are accepted based on SEM priority planning and department availability.
Use this form to request marketing services or advertising for promoting external events, enrollment and academic programs; including graphic design, photography, videography, CastNet campus TVs, and social media.
Use this form to request changes to www.sinclair.edu only.
Outside organizations needing the Sinclair College logo for productions that are cooperative efforts with the college may receive a digital logo by filling out this form.
Submit your news or event to Sinclair's global calendar and news feed, which will display on the www.sinclair.edu homepage, search, and feeds; as well as the mobile app, and the my.sinclair Student Portal feeds and search.
To share good news, extraordinary effort, awards or other interesting stories about a current or former student, instructor or other Sinclair employee, please complete the form above.

Marketing only provides artwork and final artwork approval.
For emails, postcards and mailers: you will be responsible for obtaining mailing lists and sending the emails through the Sinclair Communications Center or by sending out postcards/mailers through the Sinclair Mail Center.
