The primary function of the Instructional Design and Technology (IDT) team is to promote quality instruction to maximize learning and ensure the success of Sinclair's diverse student population.
This is accomplished through collaboration with Sinclair faculty to implement effective instructional design principles, utilize innovative technologies, and integrate inclusive pedagogies to create engaging and impactful learning experiences.

The IDT team is the catalyst for transforming ideas into enriched learning opportunities at Sinclair.
The Course Design and Development team is dedicated to crafting exceptional learning experiences by embodying core principles of user interface and user experience (UI/UX) to deisgn clean, consistent, high-quality courses.
Instructional Designers work with subject matter experts to provide students with cutting-edge, industry-relevant knowledge and skills. Through innovation, user-centricity, and continuous improvement, course design operates in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to ensure Sinclair sustains an online presence.
