Christine Yancey, MHR, PRW, CEIP, GCDF
Christine provides overall management of the department and the various functions and services provided. Additionally, Christine works with local, regional and national employers to create recruiting relationships with students and graduates. She is also a co-advisor for Sinclair Student Government (SSG).

Allyson Edwards
Allyson supports all clerical and technical functions including organizing three annual career/job fairs, posting employment opportunities, processing paperwork for student clubs and organizations, scheduling meetings and event space, and overseeing front desk operations.

Crystal is responsible for fostering a culture of engagement across the Sinclair Dayton, Centerville and Mason campuses through creating and overseeing co-curricular, campus and student club/organization opportunities and experiences. She supports and oversees student club leadership and development and manages the Sinclair College Student Clubs & Organizations Hub (SCSCOH) on eLearn. In addition, she collaborates across campus and community to provide a wide range of programming and events for students, faculty & staff. She is responsible for overseeing event bookings in the Building 8, stage area, as well as SCE equipment rentals.

Felicia is responsible for providing support with interview preparation, job-search assistance, and guidance with LinkedIn and the institution's job search engine, JobLink. In addition, Felicia oversees Tartan Threads and Career Corners, as well as co-coordinates the annual Career Fair at Sinclair College.

Sinclair Ohio Fellows Advisor
Tom Roberts
Tom is the advisor to the Sinclair Ohio Fellows Program, a student leadership development program based on Robert Greenleaf’s principles of Servant Leadership. In addition to his advisor role, Tom is responsible for workshops and training for student leaders and active clubs on campus. He is also a co-advisor for Sinclair Student Government (SSG).
