Students must maintain a cumulative 2.0 GPA, successfully complete at least 66.67% of attempted credit hours, and complete their program within 150% of the published program credit hours.

Students may be selected for verification by the U.S. Department of Education or by Sinclair to resolve conflicting or potentially inaccurate information before federal financial aid eligibility can be determined.
Withdrawal and Return of Title IV Funds Policy (view full policy) -The Withdrawal and Return of Title IV Funds Policy explains how federal financial aid is affected when a student officially or unofficially withdraws from all courses before completing a payment period.
