Sinclair’s poet laureate and English Professor, Furaha Henry-Jones, has been awarded an Ohio Arts Council Individual Excellence Award for 2018.

Sinclair finished the regular season winning its 8th conference champion in the last 10 years with a 46-11 record. The OCCAC Championship automatically qualified the District Tournament for the bid to the World Series in Enid, OK.

Counseling and Accessibility Services runs a weekly Recovery Group (R2R) every Thursday from 12 Noon-1:00 p.m. in Building 6, Room 6-142 throughout Summer semester.

The Sinclair baseball team leaves May 23 to head to Enid, Oklahoma for the 2018 NJCAA Division II College World Series! The first game is Saturday, May 26 and is a double elimination event played at David Allen Memorial Ballpark.

The Sinclair College summer term began on Monday, May 14, 2018 with the highest summer student enrollment in the past five years. There are over 10,000 students enrolled for the current summer semester, a more than 18% increase from last year. Student enrollment in the College Credit Plus program (high school students taking college courses) this summer went up by 64% since last year.
