Cinephile Club: Pillow Talk

Please join us for the screening of Pillow Talk! This timeless romantic comedy tells the charming story of Jan Morrow (Day), an uptight interior decorator who must share a party line with laid-back playboy Brad Allen (Hudson). But the real connection is made when the two meet and he begins wooing her with late-night calls - while pretending to be someone else. Nominated for five Academy Awards® including Best Actress, this enjoyable romp co-stars Tony Randall.

A Matter of Balance

Many older adults experience concerns about falling and restrict their activities.  A Matter of Balance is an award-winning program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels.  This program emphasizes practical strategies to manage falls.

You will learn to:

  • View falls as controllable
  • Set goals for increasing activity
  • Make changes to reduce fall risks at home
  • Exercise to increase strength and balance

Cinephile Club: The Grand Budapest Hotel

Please join us for a screening of a murder case of Madam D. with enormous wealth and the most outrageous events surrounding her sudden death!

The Grand Budapest Hotel tells of a legendary concierge at a famous European hotel between the wars and his friendship with a young employee who becomes his trusted protégé. The story involves the theft and recovery of a priceless Renaissance painting, the battle for an enormous family fortune and the slow and then sudden upheavals that transformed Europe during the first half of the 20th century. Wes Anderson, Director 2014. Starring Ralph Fiennes and Willem Dafoe.
