Dayton Services

Summer Registration

• May 11 - 15 - On-Demand Advising (Drop-ins)

  • Hours: Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM (or until capacity is met)

  • Visit an advisor in person at Building 10, 3rd floor or call 937-512-3000 to sign in for a phone/virtual (call back) session.

• May 11 - 14 – Limited Evening Phone/Virtual Advising by Appointment only

  • To schedule an evening phone/virtual appointment, book through my.Sinclair in the Academic Advising tile or call 937-512-3000.  

  • Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Fall Registration

• May 18 and beyond – Advising by appointment only

• Book through my.Sinclair in the Academic Advising tile or call 937-512-3000.

• If you are a new student starting in the Fall 2026 semester, please request a 1-hour appointment.

Mason Services

• May 11 – 15 - Advising by Appointment only

  • Call (513) 339-1212 to schedule and/or book through my.Sinclair in the Academic Advising tile with your assigned Advising Generalist.

• May 18 - On-Demand Advising (Drop-ins)

  • Hours: Monday only, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

  • Students can be advised in person, via Zoom, or by phone (call 513-339-1212).

Centerville Services

• Advising by appointment only.

• Book through my.Sinclair in the Academic Advising tile or call 937-512-2363.

The best way to connect with an advisor is to schedule an appointment.

• New or prospective students who do not yet have a my.sinclair account should call 937-512-3700 to schedule an advising appointment.
• Undecided students who would like help exploring majors can call 937-512-3700 to schedule an appointment with a Career Advisor.
• Current students Call 937-512-3700 to schedule an appointment.

The Academic Advising Center on the Dayton campus houses Advisors for each Career Community. To contact your Academic Advisor, call 937-512-3700. Students who seek advising at one of our other locations should contact them directly to be connected with an Academic Advisor.
