Students, faculty, staff, and the public are invited to make reservations for lunch or dinner in Sinclair's "fine dining" facility, which serves as a learning lab for Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management students.

Reservations are required and must be made five (5) days in prior to service.
All meals must be paid for by Mastercard or Visa . No tips are allowed; however, donations to the Sinclair Culinary Competition Team are accepted.
