CAT 1650 Interior Finishing

An in-depth lecture series on interior finishing in residential construction, combined with a series of lab exercises. The course will cover the following: ventilation and insulation methods and materials, insulating walls with fiberglass batting and foam, attaching and finishing drywall, mixing and applying both air-dry and hot mud, and applying texture to walls and ceilings. One classroom, two lab hours per week.
