Sinclair Community College’s Mathematics department offers an associate degree program emphasizing the field. Studying through creative, consistent and logical thought is a method that aids in all aspects of human understanding—and one of the best approaches to achieve this way of thinking is through mathematics.

In addition to improving your ability to think clearly, you will also learn about the many astounding mathematical discoveries that have been made and how they can be used for practical applications in science, engineering, business and the health fields.

Our programs are not only for those individuals interested in earning a degree in mathematics. Many students interested in pursuing other areas, including science, healthcare, engineering, and more—take additional math classes to add value and further experience to their other programs. Our experienced and capable faculty are fully devoted to teaching you mathematics.

Associate of Arts
This program is for students who wish to pursue teaching mathematics in grades 7-12. The course content includes mathematics and education courses that students need during the first two years of a bachelor's degree program in Math Education. As part of this degree program, students must complete the requirements of the Ohio Transfer 36 in order to graduate. View Full Program Details
