February 13, 2026 – Canvas Training Recordings Now Available

Hello Colleagues,

Thank you to everyone who participated in our February 4 and 5 Canvas Training sessions. Approximately 140 faculty and staff attended either in person or virtually, and we are encouraged by the strong engagement as we move toward full Canvas implementation in Summer 2026.

All session recordings are now available and organized within the original training agenda for easy navigation. We invite you to review the sessions most relevant to your role and share the link with others who may benefit.

How to Access Canvas

All Sinclair faculty and staff have access to Canvas. To log in:

• Visit sinclair.instructure.com and log in with your Sinclair SSO.
• Select Courses > All Courses and locate your Sandbox – First Last course.
• Click the star icon next to the course name to add your Sandbox to your Dashboard, then refresh your browser. (Canvas displays starred courses only.)

Don’t see your Sandbox? Contact the Help Desk at 937-512-4357.

All Canvas migration resources are available anytime at www.sinclair.edu/canvas.
