Information for Contractors and Bidders: Publicly bid construction opportunities are advertised and managed through Sinclair’s designated bidding platforms and applicable state guidelines.

Current construction solicitations are published through Bid Express. Contractors typically must register on the platform to view documents and submit bids (fees may apply depending on the bid type).
RFQs (including design professional qualification pools) may also be posted through the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission opportunity listings.

Always rely on the solicitation documents for definitive instructions.
If there is a conflict between older webpage language and the solicitation documents, the solicitation governs.

Sinclair construction projects are governed by applicable public contracting requirements, including Ohio Revised Code provisions and relevant state guidance (including OFCC standards when applicable). Specific requirements are always defined in the solicitation and contract documents.
Use the contact method listed in each solicitation so answers are shared fairly with all bidders.
We invite dedicated, service-minded professionals to explore rewarding career opportunities across all areas of Facilities Management. Click here to see open positions at Sinclair.
