The Enrollment Strategy Office is responsible for the development and implementation of the College's marketing, advertising, social media, branding and brand awareness. With clearly defined and enforced standards, we hope to ensure accurate, high-quality, effective, comprehensive, and consistent implementation of the Sinclair brand.
We monitor the design and distribution of all Sinclair print materials, digital assets, and related marketing pieces created for internal and external distribution. This includes items like brochures, posters, webpages, and social media.
Departments requiring any materials used to market the College or any of its departments, events, or programs must contact our office for design approval before production and distribution. All materials, internal and external, must follow the Sinclair brand, have a consistent message, and present a high-quality, first-class representation of the College.

Marketing requests must be submitted through Forms Central using our Request Form.
Submission of your request is not a guarantee that your project will be accepted. Project requests are accepted based on alignment with College priorities and department availability.
