The Financial Aid & Scholarships office will communicate with students via their my.sinclair email account and with the Financial Aid Portal. Every student automatically has a my.sinclair email account after their application for admission is processed. The Financial Aid & Scholarships office will use this email account to notify students of updates regarding their financial aid and should be checked regularly.
At any time, a student may access the Financial Aid Portal to review the progress of their financial aid application, required documents and financial aid awards. Student account information is available under Payment Activity. New students will receive a letter with their username and password for their my.sinclair email.
The default login credentials are:
Username: firstname.lastname (sometimes followed by numbers).
Password: Pass and the last four numbers of the student's Social Security number (Pass4517).
