Academic Advising Center

IMPORTANT - Starting in July, Advising will experience a high-volume period with limited appointment availability. Please schedule as soon as possible to secure an opening. Students can also use Tartan Tuesdays at the Dayton campus for drop-in assistance (see details below). Email responses may take additional time. For complex questions, scheduling an appointment for more in-depth support is recommended.

Dayton Campus

• Now – August 14 – Advising by appointment only (drop-in events listed below).
• July 7, August 4, and 11 – Tartan Tuesday Drop-In event
  • Hours: Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (or until capacity is met)
  • Visit an advisor in person at Building 10, 3rd floor or call 937-512-3000 to sign in for a phone/virtual (call back)session.
• August 17 – 28 - On-Demand Advising (Drop-ins)
  • Hours: Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM and Friday: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
  • Visit an advisor in person at Building 10, 3rd floor or call 937-512-3000 to sign in for a phone/virtual (call back)session.

Mason Campus

• Now – August 14 – Advising by appointment only (drop-in events listed below).

• August 17 – 28 - On-Demand Advising (Drop-ins)
  • Hours: Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
  • Visit an advisor in person at Building A or call 513-339-1212 to sign up for a phone/virtual session.
  • No phone/virtual evening appointments are available.

Centerville Campus

• Advising is by appointment only.
• Book through the Sinclair account or call 937-512-2363.

The best way to connect with an advisor is to schedule an appointment.

• New or prospective students who do not yet have a my.sinclair account should call 937-512-3700 to schedule an advising appointment.
• Undecided students who would like help exploring majors can call 937-512-3700 to schedule an appointment with a Career Advisor.
• Current students Call 937-512-3700 to schedule an appointment.

The Academic Advising Center on the Dayton campus houses Advisors for each Career Community. To contact your Academic Advisor, call 937-512-3700. Students who seek advising at one of our other locations should contact them directly to be connected with an Academic Advisor.
