Description: Exploration of the development, maintenance and termination of interpersonal relationships. The focus is on effective verbal and nonverbal interactions between two people, highlighting methods of initiating and maintaining effective communication with, and understanding of, others through learning and applying interpersonal communication theory.

Description: Use word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation software applications to create reports, spreadsheets, databases and presentations for business and other applications.

Description: The purpose of this course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills needed to be successful in the workplace. This course will focus on students understanding of aspects such as professionalism, ethics, communication skills, and personal qualities in a workplace environment.

Prerequisites: Approval of Department

Description: The purpose of this inclusive internship course is to provide students with an opportunity to gain work experience through an on- or off-campus employer. The internship experiences will be established in an inclusive environment with both non-disabled work colleagues and peer mentors. Two classroom, twenty internship hours per week.

Description: The purpose of this course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills needed to be successful in the workplace. This course will focus on aspects such as independence, personal goals, interpersonal skills, and listening skills in a workplace environment.
