No, the process is the same for home schooled students and all other high school students and applicants. Start the application process for Admission here.
Letters of recommendation are not required for the Sinclair admissions process. Admission is open to all applicants, with the exception of international students on an F-1 visa. Some academic programs have additional requirements that must be completed prior to actually beginning the program. These include the Health Sciences programs, Paralegal, Police Academy, Early Childhood Education, ASEP, CAP, Honda PACT and the A.I.S. and A.T.S. degrees. Sinclair in Mason is comprised of 2 buildings. Building A is the primary building, and Building B holds workforce development classes, community room, and other classes.

Sinclair is required to disclose an Annual Safety Reports (ASR) highlighting crime statistics. As a whole Sinclair's locations statistically have less crime than the surrounding cities and are very safe.
