Can you tell us a little about yourself? My name is Syed Uddin, I am a software engineer working at Meijer, Inc. I graduated from Sinclair in 2016 with an associate’s degree in business. After that I finished my bachelor’s in accounting from Miami University. I then went to Wright State University, where I completed my master’s in computer science.
Sinclair offered a wide range of classes which helped me be successful in doing my bachelors. All the professors I had were really passionate about teaching and caring for their students.
Sinclair gave me the confidence that I could study and achieve great things in life.
When I was a student, the definition of success for me was getting good grades in classes to transfer to a 4-year college. Now the definition of success for me is to make a difference in people's lives through work or personal interactions.
One piece of advice that I would give to the current students would be to take advantage of your professors’ office hours. They try their best to help their students.
