Join MLK Guest Speaker, Kevin Powell and his co-creator Evangeline Lawson for an encore film screening of their documentary: When We Free the World. This movie on MANHOOD is unlike anything you have ever seen before. WHEN WE FREE THE WORLD features 70 male voices across 5 generations, and various identities, to ask and answer that age-old question, WHAT IS A MAN?

The film dives into what it really means to be a Black man though history, race, gender and gender identity, the #MeToo Movement, Black Lives Matter, fatherhood and fatherlessness, violence, mental health, and more.
