9th Annual Black Male Youth Conference

The theme for this year's event is 2015 Issues. 2016 Solutions.

The purpose of the conference is to provide learning and personal development opportunities for Miami Valley youth in the areas of academic, social, and cultural well-being, as well as foster an understanding of the skills and competencies required to enhance success in high school, college, the workplace, and life.

The keynote speaker will be Ralph Farley. Ralph Farley has the unique ability to motivate through the use of poetry,group interaction and powerful personal life stories. His ability to speak life into people leaves those he encounters uplifted and ready to tackle the challenges of everyday life.

The event is for high school aged African American males. Any Sinclair student, staff, or faculty may attend by sending an RSVP to Bobby J. Beavers at bobby.beavers@sinclair.edu or 937-512-2749. Also, any staff that would like to help with the event is greatly appreciated!
