About Jeffrey A. Miller, Interim Vice President, Workforce Development and Corporate Services
In the role of Interim Vice President for Workforce Development and Corporate Services, Jeffrey A. Miller oversees a team that is responsible for understanding the workforce needs of employers and developing a wide range of services to meet those needs. Services include consulting, assessments, and training and professional development engagement across a broad range of competencies. Jeff has more than 25 years of management, business services, operations, and contract and procurement experience. Jeff also oversees the Sinclair Conference Center and many of Sinclair’s regional and state workforce initiatives including Unmanned Aerial Systems, and the launch of Sinclair’s first Applied Technology Center at Austin Landing.
A graduate of Missouri Baptist College, with an MBA from the Ancell School of Business at The Western Connecticut State University, Jeff serves on numerous professional advisory and planning committees. He was a longstanding board member of Big Brothers, Big Sisters, the Preble County Development Partnership as well as a dedicated supporter, volunteer, and former campaign co-chair for Sinclair’s United Way Campaign. Jeff is a graduate of the Leadership Dayton Class of 2007. He presently serves on the Ohio Aviation Association Board of Directors.
