Join Counseling Services and Dr. Mark Humbert, Psychology professor, for a workshop in honor of National Anxiety Disorder Screening Day. Learn about the symtoms for a variety of anxiety disorders and how to treat potential disorders.

Personal Coaching Drop In/Support

Counseling Services  offers every Tuesday Fall  Quarter 2009 a drop in support/group from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. in Room 10424.

Personal coaching is a process that helps define your goals and the way to break through the barriers that prevent you from teaching them

Personal Coaching can help you both define and achieve you goals.

       * Coaching involves a process of inquiry and personal discovery intended to build     awareness and responsibility

       * Techiques are designed to help you explore what you want and ways to break through the barries that stop you from getting there.

       * Personal coaching can help you stay focused, set priorities and take better care of yourself.

Grief & Loss issues are still welcome at this time or by individual appoinment.
