Sinclair Community College Empowering Lifelong Learners with SEEK (Sharing Education, Experience, Knowledge) Conference

Sinclair Community College is inviting adult learners to the 2023 SEEK Conference on Wednesday, August 2, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. inside the Smith Auditorium in Building 12 at Sinclair’s Dayton campus.

The SEEK (Sharing, Education, Experience, Knowledge) Conference is hosted by Sinclair’s College for Lifelong Learning and includes a full day of sessions focused on a variety of topics including finances, pillars of wellness, long-term care, personal safety awareness, financial theft awareness, MediCare 101, Parkinson’s disease, and more. In addition, the Premier Health Mobile Clinic will be on site to do blood glucose and blood pressure screenings. Professor and Chair of Geriatrics at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine, Dr. Daniel Swagerty, will provide opening comments.

“Sinclair’s College for Lifelong Learning is proud to offer this exciting opportunity to inform and inspire hundreds of adult learners here in the Dayton region,” said Christopher Reeves, Coordinator – Sinclair College for Lifelong Learning. “We expect as many as 400 adult learners to attend the SEEK Conference and look forward to sharing the many benefits of lifelong learning at Sinclair Community College.”
