Driving Directions

Sinclair Community College's Dayton campus is adjacent to Interstate 75 on the western edge of downtown Dayton. It is bounded by West Third, Fifth and Perry Streets. Blair Hall Theatre is located in building 2. Please view our Visiting Sinclair Web page for driving directions to campus.

Finding Your Way Around Campus
Blair Hall Theatre is located on the first floor of building 2, which is located at 401 W. Fourth St.

FREE PARKING  

  • Visitor's Lot -- open parking Lot B directly across Fourth St. from Blair Hall (Building 2). Lot entrance is on Fourth St.; exit is to Fifth St. 

  • In Lot A – Student Parking Garage on Fifth Street. If the Visitor's lot is full, you may park on the first floor of the student parking garage even if the closed signs are on. Ignore the Faculty Only/Hang Tag signs during performance times. There is a new outdoor brick walkway from the garage's first floor directly to Building 2. 

  • Accessible Parking - There are limited spaces for vehicles with Accessibility Parking tags between buildings 2 & 10. Additional spaces in both the Visitor’s Lot and Student Parking Garage. Contact Sinclair Police for assistance at 937-512-2700. 

  • $10 Parking under Building 12, Lot C – varied hours depending on event – please refer to signage at garage opening. 

 

BUS PARKING 

Buses may drop off in front of building 2 at 401 W. Fourth Street. On weekdays, buses will move to park in Lot 20, just across the bridge on Fourth St. On weekends, buses should turn right at the first stoplight (Robert) and another right onto Third St. City parking meters are free on weekends. There is no transportation for bus drivers to return to the theatre. Contact Sinclair Police for assistance at 937-512-2700.

Please be aware that other campus buildings and overhead walkways are closed and locked when classes are not in session on weekends and holidays. For pedestrian safety always use the marked crosswalks when crossing the street.
