How do I create an Internship Opportunity?

Sinclair internships are flexible - opportunities can range from volunteer positions to a permanent job, as long as it meets the following requirements:

Provide a supervisor who is knowledgeable in the field
Assign relevant duties for at least 10-15 hours per week
Equip the intern with the resources to do the job
Create a career learning environment
Arrange for regular feedback
Ensure that compensation is communicated
Accommodate a flexible work schedule
Include an orientation
