The Fire Officer courses may not be offered every term. Students must be experienced Firefighters in order to meet eligibility for the Fire Officer courses.

Description: Administration of fire department operations and the management of programs, facilities and resources to provide a fire protection delivery system. This course meets the requirements of National Fire Protection Association Standard 1021, Fire Officer III.
Prerequisites: FST 2252
Description: Assessing the public fire protection needs of a community and the strategic planning and development of various components of the fire protection delivery system. This course meets the needs of National Fire Protection Association 1021, Fire Officer IV.
