Sinclair Community College has been recognized as a Vanguard Learning College by the League for Innovation in the Community College. "Vanguard" is a term designated by the League for Innovation to recognize the top twelve two-year institutions in North America that are learner-centered. "Learning College" is a culture consisting of an attitude that focuses constantly on student and learner access and success. Everyone and everything that occurs at Sinclair has an impact on student learning, and everyone and everything is focused on student access and success.
