Is there anyone that can help me design my Angel course?
The Web Course Development Team in Distance Learning or the Delta Lab Staff is happy to assist faculty with course design. Contact Distance Learning or the Angel Answers for more information.
Who should I contact for help with my course?
A variety of support resources are available on and off campus. A list is provide below by type of assistance:
For after hours or student assistance, contact the Helpdesk
For course design assistance, contact the Course Development Team in Distance Learning.
For general technical assistance or for changes or questions concerning existing accounts or shells, contact the Application administrator.
To request a new course enhancement shell, fill out and submit the Request an Enhancement Form
To request a new distance learning course shell, contact the Distance Learning Course Development Team.
Which browsers work best with Angel?
Angel supports only full-featured browsers. Some internet service providers
(e.g. America Online or AOL) provide their users with 'Customized' versions of Internet Explorer
or Netscape. Some of these browsers are not compatible because of the way that these browsers use Javascript.
