Academic Support

Tutoring

Free tutoring is available at Sinclair’s Tutoring and Learning Center located in the Library. In addition, the Writing Center located in the library can assist students with their writing skills. The ESL Coordinator is also available to provide academic support during walk-in hours or by appointment.

Additional Services and Events

Disability Services

ESL students who require accommodations can receive support and assistance by registering with Sinclair’s Disability Services office (Building 10, Floor 4, Room 10421).

Housing

Sinclair does not provide student housing, but it does provide information about local accommodations. Also, you can post information in the Student Activities Center located in Building 8 about your need for housing, and you can read about housing that is available.

International Series Presentations

Throughout the academic year, Sinclair sponsors several presentations highlighting an international country, city or international issue/current event. For more information or to obtain the schedule, contact the ESL Coordinator at 937-512-3099.

The ESL Scholarship Fund
