Welcome to English as a Second Language (ESL)
The English as a Second Language (ESL) Program is a joint venture between the Educational Support Services and Developmental Studies (DEV) departments at Sinclair Community College. Typically, classes take place twice a week as the program is not an intensive one. Its primary role is that of an Educational Support Service.
