When Should Services be Requested?
Students must apply for services and request  academic adjustments in a timely manner. Some academic adjustments such as taped textbooks and computer adaptations may take significant lead time to be ready in time for effective student use.

One week before the end of the previous quarter

Self-identification to instructors for all other academic adjustments
