Personal Coaching Drop In/Support

Personal coaching is a process that helps you define your goals and the way to break through the barriers that prevent you from reaching them.

Sinclair offers every Tuesday a drop in support/group from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. in room 10424.

Personal Coaching can help you both define and achieve your goals.

  • Coaching involves a process of inquiry and personal discovery intended to build awareness and responsibility.
  • Techniques are designed to help you explore what you want and ways to break through the barries that stop you from getting there.
  • Personal coaching can help you stay focused, set priorities and take better care of yourself.

Grief & Loss issues are still welcome at this time or by individual appointment.
