Matt Massie, Ph.D. -
Matt provides overall management of the department and the various functions and services provided. Additionally, Matt works with local, regional and national employers to create recruiting relationships with students and graduates.

Administrative Assistant

Margaret Bailey -
Margaret supports all clerical and technical functions including organizing three annual career/job fairs, posting employment opportunities, processing paperwork for student clubs and organizations, scheduling meetings and event space, and overseeing front desk operations.

Coordinator of Student Engagement

Kates Brommeland -
Kates is responsible for fostering a culture of engagement across Sinclair through creating co-curricular, campus and student club/organization leadership opportunities. Opportunities include Sinclair Talks, campus activities, student club/organization activities, among others.

Coordinator of Community Engagement

Christine Yancey -
Christine primarily works with students, alumni, and community members who need assistance with their job search, including resume/cover letter writing, job search strategies, mock interviewing, creating a professional online profile, and more. She also creates and facilitates numerous presentations on job search topics for faculty, staff, and students.

Student Affairs Specialist

AJ Owen -
AJ leads the campus civility campaign and serves as a conduct officer in Student Judicial Affairs. In addition to these roles, AJ is the advisor to Student Senate. Student Senate is a student advocacy group that serves as the voice of the Sinclair student body.

Ohio Fellows Advisor

Tom Roberts -
Tom is the advisor to the Sinclair Ohio Fellows Program, a student leadership development program based on Robert Greenleaf’s principles of Servant Leadership. In addition to his advisor role, Tom is responsible for workshops and training for student leaders and active clubs on campus.
