Under the tuition reciprocity agreement with the Ohio Board of Regents and the Indiana Commission on Higher Education, Sinclair Community College accepts at Ohio resident tuition rates any Indiana resident of Adams, Blackford, Delaware, Fayette, Franklin, Henry, Jay, Randolph, Rush, Union, Wayne and Wells counties. Applicants must enroll at Sinclair and meet requirements for specifi c course or limited enrollment programs in which admission is sought.
• To be eligible, a student must apply to and be accepted to Sinclair Community College. Upon admission the student will be identifi ed as a Sinclair student.
• Academic programs at Sinclair Community College that are excluded from the tuition reciprocity agreement: Dental Hygiene, Health Information Management, Nursing, Radiologic Technology and Surgical Technology.
• The amount of fi nancial aid a student is eligible to receive may be reduced as a result of participating in the reciprocity program due to the change from non-resident to Ohio resident status.
• The student’s in-state residency status will continue to be in effect until s/he no longer resides in an eligible Indiana county or the reciprocity program no longer exists. The college reserves the right to request proof of residency status at any time during participation in the program.

Once enrolled as a reciprocity student, the student must demonstrate satisfactory academic performance. The student will continue to receive reciprocity benefits under the agreement through graduation for the degree in which enrolled as long as a reciprocity agreement exists. Student participation is subject to the terms and conditions of the institutional reciprocity agreement in effect at the time of initial enrollment. In the event of the termination of that agreement each participating student will be informed of his or her future status. If the agreement is terminated, Sinclair Community College may, but is not required to, continue tuition reciprocity for the students appropriately enrolled in eligible course(s) or programs at the time of termination until the completion of their program of study.
