Services provided include personal and crisis counseling, programming for spiritual growth, guest lectures, discussion groups, support groups, Bible studies, workshops, retreats, spiritual direction, and a browsing library.

The primary concern of Department of Disability Services is the successful completion of students' academic goals.
eNOW is a new student communication notification campaign which will exclusively use student e-mail and my.sinclair for official college communications. To stay informed, students will be required to check my.Sinclair and their e-mail.

The primary goal of the Office of Financial Aid & Scholarships is to provide financial assistance to students who, without such aid, would be unable to attend college.
Persons aged 60 and over may audit, tuition free, courses from the credit curriculum, on a space available basis, both on campus and at Sinclair credit sites such as area high schools and Wright Patterson Air Force Base.
The NBS payment plan is an interest free monthly payment plan that is managed by a third party vendor. The plan enables students to pay their tuition in a designated number of monthly payments.
We would like to welcome you to the New Student Enrollment area. Our goal at Assessment Intake is to help you to begin your journey at Sinclair Community College. We enjoy and look forward to meeting every student who comes to us prior to taking the placement test.
We provide New Student Orientation sessions to inform you about these resources and services so that you can know where to go to get any assistance that you may need. Specifically, we go over the registration process, academic resources, financial aid, placement testing, obtaining Tartan Cards, (student ID's), and a whole host of other issues.
Office of Pre-College Programs include Advanced College Entry, Quick Start, Upward Bound, and Young Scholars Program.

Within Student Services, the departments that are primarily focused on the enrollment and retention of students who have applied to Sinclair Community College are grouped organizationally as Student & Academic Support Services.
The department of Student Leadership Development is a vital part of life at Sinclair Community College.
New degree or certificate seeking students, based on their needs, will be offered the opportunity to develop an Individual Learning Plan (ILP) with a Student Success Planning counselor. After completing the placement test, students will receive information about the ILP at the Assessment Intake Center.

The Testing Center provides a secure and quiet testing environment for placement and academic testing. All tests are administered on a walk-in basis.
Tutorial Services provides free educational assistance for students who are enrolled for a credit at Sinclair in most 100 level courses. Student tutors are selected on the basis of academic background and interpersonal skills.
Upward Bound is an educational program at Sinclair Community College for high school students from the Dayton Public Schools who wish to attend college after graduating from high school.
The Young Scholars Program is a unique five-year experience designed to provide first generation students residing in Montgomery County an opportunity to become academically and socially prepared to enter college.
