- Minimum 2.5 GPA
- Must have completed at least 12 credit hours
- Must be registered with the Office of Disability Services
- Demonstrated financial need is a consideration. Complete FAFSA if information is not already in the Financial Aid Office.
- Individuals may submit one application per quarter and will be eligible to receive one award per academic year.
- Must be enrolled for at least 6 credit hours the quarter you use the award
