Students with disabilities must apply for services:
- by contacting the Department of Disability Services at (937) 512-5113 (V) or (937) 512-3096 (TTY)
- by stopping by our office in Room 10-421 on Sinclair's campus
- by e-mailing the Acting Program Coordinator at mailto:debra.moody@sinclair.edu.
Students will then be scheduled for an intake appointment with the Program Manager of Disability Services.
