Federal Parent Loan for Undergraduate Students (PLUS)

The Federal Direct PLUS Program is a financial aid program designed for parents of dependent undergraduate students. Parents are eligible to borrow up to the costs of attendance minus estimated financial aid per academic year. Students must meet the general eligibility requirements.

The interest rate is a variable rate currrently capped at 9%. Repayment will begin within 30 to 60 days after disbursement of the funds.
