Career Services offers all available Employment Services to graduates and alumni except Student Employment (unless the graduate is registered and attending 6 credit hours per quarter).

Graduate/Prospective Grad Services | more
The Center utilizes a web based employment portal called JobLink eRecruiting, to administer its Employment Services. This system allows registered members to post resumes, view career related job listings and apply online for those positions posted by our employers. Career Services also provides resume referral services for registered members. Requirements for prospective grads include having completed 75 hours toward your current major and maintaining a 2.0 cumulative GPA and planning to graduate within 1-3 quarters depending on class schedule. Other eligible students include:

  • All Graduates or Alumni of Sinclair.
  • All one year certificate holders from Sinclair.

On-Campus Interviewing | more
Students can participate in On Campus recruiting program by registering for Employment Services in the JobLink eRecruiting system, using the criteria listed above to determine eligibility. On-campus recruiting offers direct inetrviewing opportunities with employers.

Perfect Interview Simulation Software | more
Students can practice interview techniques and respond to interview questions by using this new Career Services software. Optional Webcam recording of the simulated interview can be used to review things such as posture, body langauage and appropriate verbal responses to questions. Interview simulator is availble on a walk-in basis or by appointment.

Career Opportunity Corner | more
Career Services makes available to employers a table they can use to recruit in a high traffic area in Building 11 outside the Teleport. Employers can use this to advertise PT or FT seasonal positons to the general student population. Students can stop and visit with the employers to find out the types of openings that are available and how to apply for those openings

Career Fairs | more
Career Services conducts three annual Career Fairs, the Allied Health Career Fair, the Career Explorations Fair and the Virtual Career Fair. Click the title link to read more about individual Fair dates and times.

Resume Critiquing
Anyone wishing to have a resume reviewed can drop the resume at the front counter of the Career Services office located in Room 10315. Turnaround time on critiqued resumes is 1-3 days.

Employment Counseling
Individual wishing to speak to an Employment Counselor can make an appointment with Career Services to meet with a Career Development counselor. Appointments can be made by calling (937)-512-2772.
