It is not a loan program. You have no debt, there are no interest or finance charges assessed, and there is no credit check. The only cost to you is a $15.00 per quarter nonrefundable NBS Enrollment Fee.
The NBS Enrollment Fee is automatically deducted within 14 days of the agreement being posted to the NBS system. If this fee is not able to be collected by NBS your agreement could be subject to termination.
