College Level Examination Program (CLEP)

The College Board offers nationally standardized CLEP exams that allow learners of any background to test in a variety of subjects. The tests cost $85 plus a variable sitting fee by location. CLEP exams are offered at Sinclair's Workforce Development testing center and other sites across the nation. For Sinclair students, the sitting fee is only $20.

When you take a CLEP exam, request that your scores be sent to Sinclair Community College (code 1720). If you already took a CLEP exam and did not have your scores sent to Sinclair, official transcripts can still be sent via the College Board website.
