Readmit Policy and Petition

Academic Dismissal and Readmission

If you have been dismissed for academic reasons and want to be readmitted, you must petition for readmission.

To be readmitted:

Read the Readmission Policy.
Fill out a readmission petition form.
Submit it to the Academic Advising Center in 11-346 by the deadline.
Make an appointment to see an academic advisor.
Complete the online student success workshop for readmission.

SUMMER QUARTER 2010 DEADLINE: May 26, 2010 (5 P.M.)
