Academic Dismissal and Readmission

If you have been dismissed for academic reasons and want to be readmitted, you must petition for readmission. 

To be readmitted:

  • Read the Readmission Policy.
  • Fill out a Readmission Petition (pdf) form.
  • Submit this completed petition to the Academic Advising Center in Room 11-346 by the deadline noted below.
  • Make an appointment to see an academic advisor.
  • Complete the online Student Success Workshop for readmission. 
  • Complete the "Where Does My Time Go?" assignment found within the 'Student Success Workshop' and bring to the advising session.

2011-12 READMISSION DEADLINES

FALL QUARTER 2011: August 19, 2011 (5 pm)

WINTER QUARTER 2012: December 9, 2011 (11:30 am)

SPRING QUARTER 2012: March 16, 2012 (5 pm)

SUMMER QUARTER 2012: May 25, 2012 (7 pm)
