Sally A. Struthers, Ph.D.

I serve as Dean of Fine and Performing Arts at Sinclair Community College in Dayton, Ohio. I started teaching at Sinclair in January, 1987, and became Chair of Art in September, 1996. At Sinclair I have taught art history classes: Ancient Art, Medieval and Renaissance Art, Modern Art, History of Women Artists, Art Appreciation, and The Business of Art. In September of 2002 I became interim Dean of the Division of Fine and Performing Arts and "real" dean in June, 2003.  The Fine and Performing Arts Division houses Art, Communication Arts, Dance, Design, Music and Theatre.  I am proud of the high quality of our faculty, programs, art galleries, concerts and plays.  If you would like a Calendar of Events or a tour, please contact me!
