What is the program about?

This certificate prepares students to apply basic quality tools to the testing and inspection of mechanical systems and to take the Certified Quality Technician exam from the American Society for Quality.

  • Plan, control and assure product and process quality.
  • Design, implement and verify the effectiveness of a quality system.
  • Apply statistical process control techniques and capability analyses to determine the state of statistical control and performance to process requirements.
