The World Wide Web
WWW is the major means of providing information over the Internet. As a graphical and hypertext medium it allows readers to navigate within and between documents. Audio and video capabilities are limited at this time but are increasing steadily. Many universities now use it as a means of advertising their institutions and of providing detailed information to on and off campus users as well as delivering course content
