By Mail: 
Fill-out the form and mail to Sinclair Community College, Art Department: Attention Tess Little, Sinclair Center, 444 West Third Street, Dayton, OH 45402-1460.

By Fax:
Send your completed registration form to (937) 512-2130. Include your Visa/MasterCard number and expiration date.

In Person:
Register at the REACH office Room 13-402 or in the Art Department, Room 13-201.
